Welcome to BrainMax (the 'Platform') operated by BrainMax.digital, business ID 862010518, headquartered at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, ON K1A 0A9, Canada. By accessing or using our Cognitive AI application training services, info products, and goods, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

BrainMax offers AI application training sessions, workshops, and consulting related to cognitive computing. All scheduling is subject to availability. Users must book sessions through our Platform or by Contact form.

2. Info Products

Info products include digital guides, tutorials, and e-learning modules on cognitive AI topics. Access to these materials is delivered electronically upon confirmation.

3. Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals, hardware kits, or branded merchandise are shipped to the address provided during purchase. Title and risk transfer upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Guidelines

BrainMax aims to ensure satisfaction across services, info products, and goods. Refund requests must be submitted by contacting our team via Contact form within the timelines below.

4.2 Services

Requests for refunds or rescheduling of training sessions must be received at least 72 hours before the scheduled start. Approved requests can be credited toward future sessions without additional fees. If sessions are canceled by BrainMax, funds will be refunded to the original payment instrument within 14 calendar days.

4.3 Info Products

Due to the digital nature, info products are eligible for a refund within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided that less than 15 percent of content has been accessed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment instrument within 14 calendar days. After this period or if access exceeds 15 percent, no refund is available.

4.4 Goods

Physical goods may be sent back for a refund or replacement within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless damage occurred in transit.

4.5 Non-Refundable Services

Certain personalized or on-demand AI consulting projects may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase, which will be clearly indicated. This policy is necessary due to customization and resource allocation for each engagement.

5. Changes to Terms

BrainMax may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on BrainMax.digital. Continued use of the Platform after any change signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
